Living in NJ at the time, I knew I needed an agent in Northern VA who was watchful, responsive, organized, knowledgeable, and professional. Throughout the year, he checked in with me and we discussed various areas and properties so that he could get a better idea of what my priorities were before moving. During one of my work travels to the area earlier this fall, we looked at a few properties, one of which I wanted to place an offer on. That particular property didn’t work out for reasons outside of anyone’s control. However, due to Josh’s contingency planning and preparation for the possibility of a worst-case scenario, we were ready to view other properties immediately on the day we had originally planned to close on the first property. I had opted to fully utilize Josh’s network to the fullest with regard to who I chose for title services, mortgage financing, and property inspection. Because of the team effort, I was under contract on my second attempted property within a day of making the initial offer, and we attended a closing within a time frame that was faster than I would have ever thought possible.
