Meet Alexis Richards

Alexis Richards is a licensed Realtor in Virginia and Washington, D.C. Originally from Virginia Beach, Alexis relocated to Washington, D.C. in 2018 and immediately fell in love with real estate and the Washington, D.C. metro area. Alexis was introduced to real estate at an early age by her father, who was a contractor and investor and having grown up around the industry she couldn’t wait to start building her own career in real estate.

As a DMV transplant, Alexis understands the importance of finding a place that feels like home and specializes in working with first-time homebuyers. Alexis prides herself on developing connections with every client by taking the time to truly understand their distinct wants and needs.
